Bertram Frink & Clark Hatch Death, Cause Of Death – The driver of the International semi, Bertram Frink, 54, of Salt Lake City, was killed on impact. A Kenworth semi was unable to avoid the oncoming semi and they collided head-on in the southbound lane. The driver of the Kenworth semi, Clark Hatch, 54, of Koosharem, Utah, was treated at the scene but died before a medical helicopter could transport him. The crash happened on Monday, Dec. 14 at approximately 4:35 a.m. An International semi was driving northbound on State Road 191 near milepost 154 when it drifted left and crossed the center line.
