Byron LaBeach Death, Cause of Death –   Oldest Olympians is saddened to learn that Byron LaBeach, born October 11, 1930, who represented Jamaica in the 100 metres sprint at the 1952 Helsinki Games, died December 12 at the age of 91.

LaBeach was the alternate member of Jamaica’s famed 4X400 metres relay team that won that event in Helsinki. Les Laing, George Rhoden, Arthur Wint and Herb McKenley comprised the winning team.

Byron LaBeach Obituary will be released by the family.
