Robert Doohan Death, Cause Of Death – Robert Doohan of Orange CT has been idientified as the man killed in car crash on West River Road in Orange, Conn., on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022. According to the police report the driver was found dead about 15 hours afterward on a street about a mile away from the accident scene.

Around 10:45 p.m. Monday, first responders were dispatched to a single-vehicle crash on West River Road involving an orange Dodge Challenger. Police said arriving units believed the driver suffered injuries, but was not immediately found in the vicinity.

Around 2 p.m. Tuesday, officers found the driver, identified as 56-year-old Orange resident Robert Doohan, dead on Treat Lane, about a mile away from the crash, according to Assistant Chief Max Martins.
